Estate Dispersal Blues

Last afternoon, I went over to my parents' house to consult with my brother about parting out their estate (my stepfather passed away in late August, at the age of 94): I was charged with disposing of the family 78s.

I came home with at least a dozen or two albums: they are mostly classical/semi-classical, with a few exceptions ("Oklahoma!" from 1943; "Conversation Piece", with Noel Coward and Yvonne Printemps; "The Naughty '90s", by Beatrice Kay; two albums from Smith College). There is also a Recordio disc from 1945, with one side of my mother and aunt singing German lieder, and the other of a slightly risqué sketch with comedienne Totie Fields (I am not sure whether this was a radio transcription or a live performance).

I would like to find good homes for most of these: are there any suggestions?

What era are the classical albums from? I collect classical sets up to the end of the Depression era, as well as 1950s HiFi audiophile classical sets like RCA "Shaded Dog" and 10" LP releases.

The classical sets are probably 1940s: I would have to check whether any are from the '30s...
