Perhaps not specifically tied to Hallowe'en, but what about The Yama-Yama Man, most known on record by Ada Jones.

ps.: Thanks for the the Skeleton Rag link, it appears to be the Victor version. It is very close to the cylinder but quite slower, very interesting!
