Sounds like Crosby's argument with Jack Kapp. IIRC, there's more than this that was recorded.

As I said in one of your other threads, there are lots of these out there in various incarnations. This argument (which indeed is with Jack Kapp) is something I've always found amusing. Bing had been drinking very heavily before this session and it's quite clear after you listen to this. The song he's arguing about in question here is "I Wished On the Moon" which he did end up recording that day and it WAS issued, Bing's hoarse drunk voice and all.
