Hey everybody,
I thought I'd share a nice Christmas tune that I recorded today. It's a pleasant little celesta solo on an Edison diamond disc and it's played on an Edison B250.
I'll be posting more Christmas music on my channel tomorrow and on Christmas day.
Merry Christmas everybody!

That is a nice one.
I will play the cylinder of that one on Christmas Eve.
Hoping everyone has been enjoying the holidays of this season.
James.

Thanks for the great Christmas records! Merry Christmas to everyone.
This one is not live on a Diamond Disc, but a wonderful 1942 78 recording of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas by Fred Waring and his Pennsylvanians. I transferred this with my modern turntable. It has been one of my favorite Christmas records since I was a kid.

That is one excellent transfer; Merry Christmas!
Here is the other video I've just uploaded. This tune is "Toy Shop Symphony" played on an early XVI. It almost has a bit of a "raggy" quality to it.
