What price range might I encounter in my search for "Anything Goes". I'm thinking of placing a wanted ad for one, but don't want to embarrass myself if the price is higher than I might have guessed. I'm not a card carrying record collector, so I'm not up on prices.

By the way, this is all Brandon's fault, for having posted a video of his copy, which now has bored itself into my head. And better still, my wife likes it too! She knew the words. Still not sure how she ever came across that in her life.

I'd expect most people over 40 would at least know this as a standard, often shorn of extra verses.

I don’t think it’s super uncommon or anything. You should be able to find a copy here, on eBay, or at a show without breaking the bank. You’re welcome by the way, it’s one of my favorites and it really sounds awesome on the orthophonics!

Agreed, nothing Whiteman is particularly uncommon except possibly the first release of "Rhapsody In Blue" or "Whiteman Stomp" or "Charleston".

The first acoustical blue label Victor Whiteman / Gershwin Rhapsody In Blue I've not found to be very rare, though the electrical remake is far more common.
