I bought a couple of these from the same brand and envelope about one or two years ago from a seller that had a stock for sale. They are excellent needles, but in the case of this advertisement, there is only one for sale, and it is not clear that it is indeed NOS. The envelope looks ripped.

The rip in the envelope could just mean that the stylus was taken out and put back.
