Hi any thoughts on pressing Singing in the Rain and I can’t give you Anything but love on Edison DD?

I've got a nice copy of the Vaughn DeLeath electric DD of "I Can't Give You Anything But Love" I'd be happy to loan for copying...it's a great version.

Donnie,
How about a link to your eBay listings?

Hi Curt,
Thanks for asking. My new ebay seller name is "newolddiscs". I'm currently in Kansas visiting family though and won't have anything listed for another two weeks.

I do not know the number of this DD record,
but a new copy of "Valencia" would be nice to have.

Although not a particularly scarce nor valuable
DD record, I find it to be one of the more appealing
tunes.

I've never actually seen a copy of "Singing in the rain" on DD but would gladly copy it. I had built a 2-sided mold of Rolfe's "Anything but love" but it failed after only ~5 copies, which left me several hundred $$$ in the hole  I'm about to re-mold it single-sided.

Other titles in the works include more 12" sample records (double sided) and...
"Me and the Man in the Moon", DeLeath
"In Nineteen Ninety Nine", Al Bernard
Missori Squabble, Duke Yellman Orch.
You Don't Like It- Not Much, GGO
Looking At The World Thru Rose colored Glasses, GGO
Someday Sweetheart, Piccadilly Players
My Regular Gal, Yellman
Up And At 'Em GGO
You're The Cream In My Coffee, GGO
I Want to Be Bad, GGO
A Gay Cabellero, Billy Murray
The Spell of the Blues, Al Friedman

Since chemistry for the above will leave me another couple grand in the hole, hopefully people will stop by at the Wayne show and buy some discs!

PS. A *HUGE* thank you to those forum members who have and will be loaning me the bulk of these discs (and more, not listed), this project literally could not happen without your help!!!

I'd be willing to volunteer my copy if need be.

The electric diamond disc that I would most like a copy of is this 1928 DD by the McAlpineers (California Ramblers) 52266 Red Hot. The flip side is Rhapsody in Rhythm. I don't think it ever appeared on Edison needle cut.

It is the essence of the Roaring Twenties to me!

Please see the PM and e-mails that I sent you with the list of rare 52000 series records I would loan you.

There was a P.S. that I have a nice copy of "Singing In The Rain" on Diamond disc, Needle Cut and Cylinder. Looks like you already have "Rose Colored Glasses."

PM or e-mail me if I can be of any help at all to you.
