It's a 12 inch black label batwing, numbering for double faced batwing black label issues started at 35000, if my memory serves correctly. Not at all unusual.

Right, in fact that's actually a LOW number for a 35000 series batwing, I've seen the Grand Prize/Patent (VICTOR RECORD) label into the 35300s, meaning that this was almost certainly a somewhat later repressing.

JAR, this is a good guide for general record information. For your question, the guide shows the range of numbers and approximate year recorded. Many times different categories of music will have its own number range.
