Well, you don't show whether the alignment pin is intact, but that adapter was designed for use with an Edison Disc Phonograph. It's nickel-plated, and your C-19's metal parts are not, but aside from that, it should work, assuming it isn't broken.

But please don't use a steel needle on the Pathé's, they should be played using a sapphire stylus.

Interesting... I don't think that I've seen that maker or one that type before out of all the adapters that I've ever seen.
