High number for a BatWing? 25632

Isn't this a rather high number for a Victor Batwing?

Not for Canada, no. Another post elsewhere on the board says the batwing label was in use in Canada until 1946 or 47.

Also on earlier copies there is a large "V.E." encircled on the left side of the logo.
