Yes, sometimes that can happen. Most of the time their "see what others bought after buying this item" selections are just downright stupid, though. I especially like them on extremely rare items that there's no way in hell anybody else "bought" in the first place...

Yes, he does. Right after the auction ends you can ask him for a prices realized list. I believe he charges $ 3,- for it. If you just want to know the realized prices for items you bid on but didn't win, it's free.
