Here are three different versions of the original song which became enormously popular in the early twentieth century. The double entendre and invention of the word "automobubbling" is hilarious and immortal.

A friend to whom we sent the Christmas card has come up with a great new generic term for the combined Oldsmobile and EMG :

An "Oldsmophone" !

Not many of those around I feel---probably a very good thing too !
