Lemon Jefferson's records generally sold well for Paramount. He's one of, if not the first guitar playing blueman to sell a lot of records. His recording career had a few years head start on the Great Depression as well, which is why his records aren't priced in the stratosphere like some of his other Paramount contemporaries.
