78 Judy Valentine - I'm A Little Teapot

Post by ODIE3 »

Anyone can tell me about his 78 record? The whole record is "red".

Judy Valentine / Billy Green Trio
Side A I'm A Little Teapot

Judy Valentine / Ray Carter Trio
Side B The Little Doll in Blue

This record is one my Great Grandmother taught me the teapot dance. I was 4 or so, in 1972. I also taught both of my girls the teapot dance to this record. Though now I am pretty sure I should not be playing this record on the Victrola but I never knew not to as that is what I was taught at age 4!

Thank for any background history anyone may know and spectuate. It's like it does not exist from my internet searching.

Well, I did find this about her:

Judy Valentine, a childhood entertainer of yesteryear

special delivery: A Valentine for Judy Valentine

I've posted and queried about my record.
