Did she really own a Ford? I wouldn't have guessed that. Perhaps she's simply posing as cranking it for the comic effect.

This also happens to be British dance band leader Henry Hall's birthday, born in 1898. He led the Gleneagles Hotel Band from 1924 to 1932, then the BBC Dance Orchestra until 1937, leading his own orchestra into the 1950s.
