Nice video at discussing the challenges with a reproducer balance spring replacement.
I just did a complete rebuilt on a No. 2 last Saturday for the first time. The week of Thanksgiving I rebuilt my first Expedition reproducer. For me I found the Expedition just a wee bit more challenging. But as you said the end result is very rewarding. Hard to believe the difference in sound a rebuild makes with new gaskets and spring adjustments. Folks here on the forum always say the same thing. But when you hear it for the first time it really stands out.
Now that I have done a couple, I believe the next ones will go a lot faster !!
