Four spring barrel removal?

I'm about to change out the spring barrels in my Credenza - I recently got two newly cleaned and re-greased barrels, so I need to remove the old ones and to replace them with the new ones. I'm pretty confident I can do it, but does anyone have a few hints on removing the old ones? Or is there an instructional video/diagram you can refer me to?

Just be sure there is no tension left on them, not bad from there
