Small Pieces of Leather for Brake

Post by EdiBrunsVic »

I went to a local leather shop and got a scrap of leather for free. I have a little extra left over. This is a great source for this item. It works well on my newly acquired VV-VI.

treadle sewing machine belts used to be a common source for the round leather break.

They still are. One belt is a lifetime supply of brake leather.

Treadle sewing machine belt material can be bought by the foot on ebay, and in several different diameters. Works fine.
