If you don't want to save it to your computer and want to save sometime, I think you can copy and paste it right into the box

One more way to save an image... If you are using a MAC, you can press and hold "shift - command - 4" and a cross-hair cursor will appear that will let you outline a picture or any portion of a picture and save it to your desktop. It works for pictures that will not allow a "right click to copy" command... There are also similar programs for Windows computers that will let you do the same thing. I have attached an example below:
