Hi -

I am looking for someone to clean and replace a spring on a Victrola, and possibly service other machines in or near Orange County, CA. I realize that there are good sources for this elsewhere, but was wondering if there was anyone local to me.

You might try Jones Mercantile in Fullerton. More of an Edison guy, but I know he does basic repairs of spring driven phonos.
