I've had maybe two issues with USPS in 20 years and none with FedEx. UPS problems have been constant.

I have shipped likely 30 plus parcels via Greyhound without a complaint yet.

I’ve seen several news stories about the severe weather in the middle of the country in the past month or two. In some of the reports they showed massive pileups where you could see USPS, FedEx, and UPS trailers with their contents all over the road. Maybe that where this package disappeared.
