I recently lost the ball bearing that supports the turntable spindle on my HMV 101 motor model 410. I have been looking everywhere for it, but cant seem to find it I came to the conclusion that its better if I buy a new ball bearing of the internet. Does anyone have the diamater of the ball bearing? From what i’ve heard it is a rather small ball bearing maybe not more than 1mm. I want to have the original size when putting the motor back together.
Thanks in advance

So what size was the ball bearing? Is it 3/16" like in the Electrola motors?

Re: Need help with ball bearing!
When I cleaned and repaired the motor in my victor VV-VI I replaced the spindle ball because it had a large flat spot worn on it. I still have several ball bearings leftover. Measure the diameter of the spindle hole and if I have the size you need I will be glad to mail you a few of them.
