As mentioned elsewhere, the Triumph A I just brought home came with a "Mega" fiber horn. Any tips on cleaning and conserving it, or should I just leave it be?

For Cleaning an EMG horn I used a very slightly damp cloth, make sure almost all of the water is removed, but very slight dampness cleaned it, i don't know how an EMG horn compares to your fiber horn however

I've had good luck with plain old GoJo/Goop, keeping it away from open "wounds." Wipe on, give it 10/20 seconds, wipe off. Repeat as necessary. Be gentle with the flowers, as they may have been applied over the black finish.

I second the non-pumice goop cleaning. IIRC I wound up doing 2 applications with a couple of minutes in between to allow drying.

Mine is a soft cream color, almost like china, and cleaning with goop brought out some very faint subtle gray highlights that weren't even visible before cleaning.

I'm very happy with the end results.

Ohhh - good catch, Fran! Non-pumiced Goop/GoJo...

I've never used the pumiced stuff, so I forgot.
