Lambert case repairs

Hi Can anyone help with suggestions for case restoration of old worm holes and ideas for restoring the corner of the lid. I have posted photos on the British and European thread.

My father would use sawdust mixed with wood glue, then sand and stain. As I remember the results were good.
This machine surrounds hate and forces it to surrender-Pete Seeger.
