Adding photo for an avatar

I have been trying to get a photo added to replace the avatar. I keep getting the message that the image is too large. The photo resides in my documents and on Picasa. I tried exporting the photo and reducing the number of pixels but nada!!

If you want to email the photo to me, I can try resizing it and then email it back to you. :rose:
