I have a early Victrola gold tone arm that is exactly like a Vic III arm. Before it is plated, I need to fill the two little screw holes where the auto stop arm attaches to the body of the tone arm. What is the best method of filling the holes so they don't show when the arm is nickel plated? If I silver solder the holes, will the solder be removed in the plating process? Thanks for any suggestions. Thanks, Jerry Blais
