Has anyone ever heard of a Columbia Grafonola o-5?

I have a Columbia Grafonola type O-5 and can't find any info about it. I don't even see where Columbia made a type O-5. Has anyone ever heard of one? Any help is appreciated.

It's a floor standing model with louvers over the internal horn. They open and close with a knob on the right side of the cabinet, not knobs on the front. The cabinet is basic looking, no fancy carvings or reeded legs. I don't have a picture right now, but I'll take one sometime and try to post it.
