I received an email from a woman looking for someone to repair an heirloom VE-220. She says she hears it hum, but it does not turn. I know so little about electric motors that I don't want to mess with it. Who might be able to help her? She lives in Illinois.

Re: Electric Victrola Motor Repair
Hi Dave-- I'm sure there are several members who could help get it going (not me-- I'm a greasy spring guy)- But- Chuck Azzalina (Chuck A on TMF) is the wizard for the electric motors. perhaps he'll see this and chime in-- or you could reach out to him.
I hope all is well with you--- Staying warm?

Thanks, Brad! I'll wait and see if he notices this and has any interest.
We've had a mild winter and I only used the snow blower once.
