I'm from Portugal and an enthusiastic for Phonograph stuff.
In Lisbon, some interesting things came in my hands from time to time.

Hi Pedro, I hope that you typed the wrong price or posted the wrong photo. These Victor albums may be rare in Portugal but not here in The US. In fact, when records are found in these old, musty albums by collectors they usually remove the reocrds and throw the albums in the trash. Personally I tear off the front and back covers and then put them in the bottom of the plastic milk crates that I use for storage.
