RARE, HARD TO FIND, OR JUST REALLY NICE HORN SALE ONE!!

Post by tinker »

Okay Folks,

We've got some horns here for sale!!!! You be the judge, but these are some of the nicest ones I've seen available for quite some time.

I've included a number of high resolution pictures to make sure you get a good look at these beauties!

Lets start with a beautiful and I must say rare 24" all brass front mount horn. This one is stunning. It would be correct for A victor MS, M, (or even the Deluxe if you had one laying around). It could also be correct on an early Columbia AH or AJ. It is early correct for a leather elbow machine. The only apology is a small repaired pin hole at the edge of the bell. I took a close up picture. You can find these in steel and brass, but oh so rarely in all brass. A true find - $475.00

Next, we have a beautiful, untouched 14 inch all brass cylinder horn. This would be correct on too many to mention cylinder machines. This one has wonderful original patina. Something special, it has an original hanging ring on it - something very seldom seen on a 14 inch horn. It is very straight, with minimal dents. $235

Next, is another rarity. It is a 14 inch, funnel or polyphone horn. This one is a true polyphone horn having a crooked end as well as being of very light weight tin. It is stunning and all original. It would be correct on a Polyphone machine, or an early Columbia N, A, or Edison Home Triumph or Standard, or even a Class M, or Bell Tainter. Not too many of these available. $450.00

All items are available on a first come, first serve basis. Shipping and insurance is extra, but I will cover all packing and supplies.

You can contact me at Bandso@charter.net for any questions, or to pick up one of these beauties!

Thank you !!
