WANTED: T.G. Masaryk Speech on Celebrity Victor Label

In a book on celebrity Victor labels, saying: "A speech by the founder and first President of Czechoslovakia T.G. Masaryk was released by Victor with a spectacular orange-colored Scroll label. The label featured a photograph of Masaryk flanked by colored flags at the top."

I would like at least a picture of this label for a friend of mine writing a book on Czech Recordings.

Included here is a picture of the label this speech was published in Czechoslovakia in 1931. The speech itself was delivered by Masaryk in 1928.

Thanks in advance for any help one of you might be able to provide.
