FREE to good home

Post by Gatyam »

No, it's not a kitten, sorry. (But as many of us have learned the hard way, there's no such thing as a free cat.) Here are some items that I intended to restore or part out, but I know I'll never get around to them, so I hope someone can use them. I don't want to see this stuff end up on the curb. Take one or take all, pickup in the western suburbs of Chicago. Please email or pm me if you have questions or would like more pictures, thanks.

Edison B-19 Diamond Disc table top cabinet with working motor and crank, no turntable or grill (still looking for the grill)
Victor Victrola IX-A cabinet
Edison A-100 Diamond Disc cabinet (still looking for grill)
Mahogany base cabinet for table top Edison Diamond Disc A-80 or B-80
Base record storage cabinet for phonograph
Another, taller base record storage cabinet for phonograph
Several lids for Diamond Disc machines (not pictured)

Will the Edison crank fit an S-19 and how is its plating? I might be interested in just the crank.

The plating on the B-19 crank is poor.

Thanks for looking. It seems like most cranks I find have bad plating.
