Nice Edison Triumph Model D2 combination 2/4M cylinder phonograph (No. 81663). Nice No. 10 Cygnet horn with original paint & nice decals, original cygnet horn crane, horizontal carriage, & diamond B reproducer. I replaced the swollen pot metal bearing with a new brass one, cleaned the case & bedplate, cleaned the upper works, installed a new belt, and lubricated the motor. Stylus seems to be OK, though I did not check it with a microscope. Fit in the carriage is a little tight, but it will come out if you ask it nicely. Case looks to have been refinished some time ago, but it was done well. Played through a Blue Amberol without issue when I tested it. I would prefer not to ship this due to the size and weight, but I can deliver to the Wayne show, the Fall Stanton auction, or arrange another way to get it to you. If shipping is a must, buyer to pay shipping for 3 large boxes, packing material, and insurance.
