SOLD!: Victor Gold Ortho Reproducers, Rebuilt!

Post by gramophone-georg »

These are both from portables, but with fit on and work with anything up through a Credenza just fine. Rebuilt by our very own Mica Monster, these sound just fantastic. I shouldn't be selling these but it's time to thin the hoard!

The one on the left is original finish and 100% crack free- a minty example. I'm asking $250.00 OBO for it. The one on the right was refinished by Wyatt and has just a very slight hairline in the screw- down ring... you have to strain to see it. It also fits somewhat loose on the tone arm on my machine, but a "sleeve" of thin electrical tape on the arm solves this. $200.00 OBO is my asking price on this one... OR buy both for $400!

You will not be disappointed by the sound OR the condition of either one. First to say "SOLD!"...

I have a bunch of VG + condition Edison diamond discs. I also have a another Victrola orthphonic reproducer (not rebuilt). I have an oak cased Victrola VI a in very good condition.

Hmm, if I think of something else I have to trade I'll let ya know. Let me know if anything I just mentioned may interest you in a trade + cash either way.

Sorry, I am interested in trading these only for brass Victrola No. 4 reproducers specifically. Thanks for the offer though. Those little VV-VI machines are seriously good little work horses! :D
