WANTED: 2/4 min conversion for edison standard

Post by EdisonWizard »

Got my Godfather into Edison machines and he bought himself a nice ICS machine, we replaced the mandrel bearing and it’s running like a top. Only thing left to do is get the reproducer free from the carriage the next time I go over. I gave him some cylinders to get started along with some 4 min ICS Cylinders. He really wants to enjoy both 2 and 4 min Cylinders so I’m gonna try and help him out with the gearing first and he can purchase a reproducer.

So, if possible, I have some extra parts I wouldn’t mind trading for the parts to do this on his standard. I have for what I believe would be a 2/4 min home D the: bearing/gear, pulley, clutch, feed-screw, and colar. I’ll put cash with the parts if needed.

I may also consider purchasing outright if I can afford it. Let me know what y’all think. Thanks!!
J.F.
