WANTED: Columbia 364-D,"If You Knew Susie"
Wanted:Columbia 364-D,"If You Knew Susie",sung by Eddie Cantor. The other side is "Nuthin's Gonna Stop Me Now",sung by Billy Jones.Wanted for sentimental reasons. Thanks! edisonplayer PS:The reason I'm looking for a copy of this record is my grandma told me they had an Edison Diamond Disc machine(I'm not sure what model it was).Obviously,my grandma's family had an adapter to play lateral cut records like the Columbia. She told me her brother George LOVED that "Susie"song and would play it over and over."Mother and I wished it would break!",my grandma said.

Yes, it is! Jack Shilkret's version on Victor 19675 is a good one, too, with Billy Murray, and it's the first popular electric Victor recorded in Camden if I recall.Valecnik wrote:The Edison version by Frank Silver's Orch. is smokin' hot if you can find it.
