FOUND: Part for Ultona 3-way reproducer.

I need the end part that goes on the end of the middle section of a Ultona 3-way reproducer arm. A fellow forum member was gracious enough to send me the part that shattered. I now need whatever goes on the end of the small elbow - it is threaded for a screw and I have no clue what the 4 small holes are for. The shattered arm I have has a large threaded cap on the end. Thanks. Bill K
