I am selling this lovely Victrola VE-XVI. It has been enjoyed in my collection for over twenty years. But my basement is full and this fine machine must be sold. This machine is incredible. The golden oak finish is original and very nice. It has the Sherman & Clay dealer decal. The gold Exhibition has been serviced with new white gaskets. All the gold hardware is correct and original. This machine must sell and I am happy to offer careful delivery to Union or APS at no additional cost. Please ask any questions. It goes to the first person to PM "SOLD!".
Thanks, Jerry Blais

I thought all the Electrolas XVI had a lamp in the back right corner. This one obviously never did.
Also, on the one I used to own the decal under the lid said "Victrola" and in smaller print just below, "Electrola". This one just says "Victrola".
Beautiful example!

That's very interesting regarding the lid decal. I just looked at mine and it has the same Electrola small print as yours! Jerry's ID tag is on the right where the lamp would normally be. Is his early or later? Maybe the serial number would give us a clue.Valecnik wrote:I thought all the Electrolas XVI had a lamp in the back right corner. This one obviously never did.
