SOLD: Diamond Disc 12" Sample Disc #12

Some time ago I came across sample discs #12 and 13. Both are in remarkably clean condition. Building the mold will be both expensive and time consuming, approximately $400 in materials and 20 hours labor. If 10 people are willing to pay in advance then I'll put #12 into production. Each disc is custom made so you can have a copy in any color ypu like, or clear. Pics and a link to a recording of the disc are below. Please note that the disc was played with an LP stylus and no equalizer.

Love when the announcer says "TRUDY- sung by (pause) PLAYED by B. A. Rolfe....

The announcer prior to each selection is a riot on some of the recordings.

For "Scatter Your Smiles" by Joe Candullo and his Orchestra he says "SCATTER YOUR SMILES SUNG BY.......PLAYED BY...JOE CANDOLA AND HIS ORCHESTRA. HA! Joe Candola. The guy announcing may have been the janitor on duty that day.

He also announces "THERE'S A NEW STAR IN HEAVEN TONIGHT SUNG BY VERNON DANHART".

I'll try a copy as well in the clear resin please. A gentle comment with absolutely no malice intended toward Don's fine work or the record itself but there is noticeable crackle throughout the record. Is this because of wear or the method (LP stylus) of playing it?

I have another of these I'd be happy to offer to Don for copying. I think mine is #11, it has a Reser snippet on it and if it's this same announcer (I suspect it is), he sounds like he'd rather be doing ANYTHING but announcing these things. Great fun.

If it matters, I think I'd like mine in green, please.

The crackle is from the LP stylus. I'll post a couple clips from my B19 later.
