WANTED: Amberola DX Bedplate Screws

I've bumped this posting.

I'm hoping somebody out there has these set of screws/bolts...I'm looking for the correct bedplate screws/bolts (2) for my first Amberola DX which are located in the front corners of the bedplate to secure it down. Do they come with a spring or nut?
