I need the collar that goes around the tonearm to trigger the automatic stop, this was an aftermarket Victor accessory. I have the mechanism itself but the collar and it’s associated screws is missing. I’ll attach a photo of what it looks like. I’d settle for a nickel one if necessary. Thanks for checking your parts!
Thanks to Jerry B. I found the rest of the little things I needed. Thank you again, Jerry!

I have a nickel plated one still in the box with all the "stuff". It came with my gun metal Oak L-door but they never installed it. If push comes to shove, I can always throw that one on but it wouldn't look right, obviously. If someone had a badly gunked up nickel one, I'd have no guilt either plating it or even painting it.
I figured this would be tough to find.

Re: WANTED: Victor XVI Part
Wouldn't it be easier to just put a later tone arm in it? I used to have one of those early early later style Victrola XVI's with no semi-automatic brake. The only thing I really didn't like it was it would let the tone arm run off to the wrong side of the record once in awhile, and it would do it fast! If it already has that brake in it, I would just swap tone arms around.

In my case, no. I'm looking to add one to a late Vic. IV.Wouldn't it be easier to just put a later tone arm in it? And in my case, I’d rather have the add on part because this machine was upgraded. If I can’t find one, I’ll leave the original tonearm on and keep searching.
