For Sale: Edison Home 2/4 minute Machines - Various

Post by donniej »

All three machines have decent woodwork. All are missing some minor screws.

#3 has a 2/4 minute kit, "C" reproducer and has a slotted crank (slot is homemade). It also has a reproduction horn. My notes from a while ago suggest that something may be missing from the 2/4 minute kit. Motor and reproducer are in working condition. Case has been refinished, some bonehead used a "Standard" decal. $300 or best offer.

#4 has a broken main spring and the motor board screws are missing. There is no crank or reproducer, otherwise the machine appears to be in good original condition and is complete. $200 or best offer.

#5 also has a 2/4 minute kit. The secondary gear has slipped, the motor is otherwise in good condition. My notes suggest it has the wrong motor board but I don't know why I wrote that. $200 or best offer.

Several machines are listed and need to go, so feel free to make an offer. I can also bring them to Wayne.

The external speed control on #5 is also an odd detail: by that time, I believe they had moved it under the motor board.
