WANTED: Unusual Horn Crane Part - Top Section Only

I'm unsure of the maker of this little clever crane device was but I have an extra bottom section only and need the top part. It should include the angled ball shaped coupler and mine is about 22" long, but I would consider any length. The bottom section clips into the lid latch on an Edison Standard, possibly Home. Like you, I only have the bottom section so I appreciate the picture as it confirms what the top section looks like. If you find two top sections put me in line
