I am selling my A-250 SM11799.
First the issues.
1)No reproducer, since I don't have the correct early 4 screw reproducer, I am not including one. If you want one included, I can do so for $50.
2)Notice the foot(both look like that)and above the crank.
3) There are a few areas (underside of lid, and by crank) where this is slight lifting of the veneer. Not bad, but you may want to e glue before it gets worse. Small chip in grill.
4) The #'s on the bedplate and turntable match (9814) the cabinet and door match (0523) I believe the A-250 would have had all matching #'s originally(11799). Not sure if this matters to you but thought I would let you know.
5) Muff ball has detached. Yes I do have it and will include it.
6) The horn is dented. (see picture)There are some other minor chips and dings, please look at photos closely

The machine plays well and the springs are strong. I am also including about 40 DD's(etched) with their original information sleeves. Yes, they all have their correct sleeves. There are a few that aren't in the best of shape, but most are looking good, with bottom left and right corners cut off. If you need more pictures feel free to ask.I can deliver this to the Wayne show if you so desire. Thanks

Is this what you mean by 4 screw reproducer?:

This one got away for $29.95 and didn't look like it would take much work to get up and running:

Sorry, but my ignorance is showing and I am still willing to learn.

Yes, the early machines had that model reproducer. It costs about $100 to replace a damaged diamond, I'm sure that's why it went so cheap.

Any Edison disc reproducer will work. Also the later ones sound a little better than the ealier with mounted stylus bar plate. I would suggest getting any decent one with gold wash finish, later one if you plan to listen to it alot. Don't worry if it has a good stylus. Assume the stylus, diaphragm and gaskets are bad have it rebuilt imho. :monkey:

All that is spot on. I was only referring to the early model in case someone was trying to keep it as original as possible. Sorry if that didn't come through.
