It's called "pearl & bead" molding. Maybe these folks can help you: https://www.osbornewood.com/pearl-moulding.aspx

Eric,
Its not that hard to make a mold of the trim, cast it and then color with oil based paint.
If you want to try this PM me and I will give you details and products. Please include your phone #

Lets do this, send me some close up pictures of what you would like to reproduce and the length of it. I am currently in the middle of a job for one of my museums and leave for Mexico to open a micro credit program for Rotary International. I have never done a video before except with my cell phone and I think I will need to get a stand for it. You guys are much more tech. Can I do a decent job with my Samsung 7 phone?

I should also say that I am working on another phonograph restoration project. Working with a 3-D company to see if it is practical for us to have parts made, with matching finishes at a reasonable cost that is eating into my spare time. But if this works we will be able to get really well done parts-and they can do things in wood-like your trim!!!
