WANTED: Edison Home Phonograph carriage

WANTED: Edison Home Phonograph carriage
I am looking for a carriage for an Edison home phonograph. The type with the lever. See pictures. I need the lever and screws on the reproducer end of the carriage, but I don't necessarily need the half nut assembly on the other end.

I might also be able to get by with just the lever mechanism for the carriage (screw, washer, and lever).
