Hello all
I am selling a Victor D for a friend of mine. It is the transitional model, with the early Victor motor and the Victor V style cabinet. The early Vic D had a very fancy cabinet, and when the taper arm came out in 1906 (or was it 1905), the cabinet was altered to the Vic V style, and the Victor D eventually became the Victor V.
This machine has never been restored and is untouched. I found an elbow and bolts but still need a crank. Any assistance is appreciated.

Are you selling this only when you find the parts for it? Would you consider selling as is? If so, post an asking price.

He probably would. He wanted $1500 for it. We got a repro elbow now,so that would be included.Phono-Phan wrote:Are you selling this only when you find the parts for it? Would you consider selling as is? If so, post an asking price.

Is the reproduction elbow aluminum? Also, I believe all Victor D machines, fancy or plain were rear mount tapered arm machines.

No, it is the good modern repro, nickel plated brass.Jerry B. wrote:Is the reproduction elbow aluminum? Also, I believe all Victor D machines, fancy or plain were rear mount tapered arm machines.
