FOR SALE: Aretino Cabinet, Motor, Turntable* -$300 OBO

Post by CDBPDX »

I am selling an Aretino parts/project phonograph. Includes the cabinet, motor, and turntable minus the 3" spindle attachment. See photos for details. The motor looks a bit rough but it runs great.

Asking $300 plus shipping, or you can pick it up in Castle Rock, WA (I-5 Exit 49).

Let me know if you have any questions.

Cliff

Should a front mount Aretino have corner columns? I have a set but they're from a rear mount Aretino. Jerry

A quick look at Yahoo images of Aretino phonographs shows many exactly like this one, including one sold by Donley. I can't seem to find a model, though.

The front mount Aretino never had corner columns. The same as the Hawthorne & Sheble rear mount Arteino.. When Columbia took over the Aretino, some had corner columns, and others did not.

There weren't any different models or variations of a front mount Aretino. They are all the same as the one shown.

Except of course for the model with a laterally-moving turntable.
