If I could make a suggestion... Freddy Martin's "Nutcracker Suite" in dance tempo Victor Musical Smart Set from just after WW2 has been a holiday favorite as long as I remember. I don't have a spare copy but they show up on eBay. It's quite jazzy, and not Freddy's usual ballad fare.
