Victor Victrola Record Index Booklet - $75 (OBO) plus $3.75 shipping in the US, worldwide at cost.
Excellent condition, beautiful gold printing, leather binding, one side of most of the pages are filled out.
This is the Index that was included with a VTLA / Flat-top Pooley and the probably the very early Victor Victrola XII instruments.
